What you'll do

• The Mechanical Intern will support the evaluation, planning, and documentation of MEP systems for large real estate and infrastructure projects
• The role includes assisting with technical due diligence, feasibility assessments, cost estimation
• Support MEP technical due diligence for large land parcels in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Assist in preparing detailed due‑diligence reports, including risk registers
• Prepare block cost estimates for MEP infrastructure services to support feasibility studies
