About the role
To provide oversight of all mechanical maintenance activities, management of the maintenance teams, financial control, contract management, environmental compliance, regulatory compliance, technical compliance, risk evaluations and relationship management. Prepare maintenance strategy to achieve higher reliability (maximized MTTF) and greater efficiency (minimized MTTR) and implement the maintenance plans at plant level accordingly.
What you'll do
- Ensure reliable, safe and efficient operation of all generating units, auxiliaries, and balance of plant systems
- Developing safe systems of work (SSOW) procedures, including HIRA, PTW, LOTO, JSA etc. for your area
- Provide oversight of all mechanical maintenance activities, management of the maintenance teams, financial control, contract management, environmental compliance
- Prepare maintenance strategy to achieve higher reliability (maximized MTTF) and greater efficiency (minimized MTTR) and implement the maintenance plans at plant level…
- Lead equipment failure investigations and analysis, establish RCA framework and implement performance monitoring
