About the role

Mediation Support Engineer | Morning Shift | Onsite -India Bangalore at HR Ways. Operator – Nokia Mediation.

What you'll do

  • Operator – Nokia Mediation
  • Run, recover, and improve Nokia Mediation pipelines for 4G/5G/IMS data. You'll ensure accurate, timely, compliant delivery of CDR/UDR/IPDR to billing/charging
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents; on-call for P1s
  • Automate checks, recovery, and observability (Splunk)
  • Reprocess & reconcile data; own completeness & timeliness
