Medical Information Associate / MSL - Ather Product Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Part-Time Medical Information Associate / MSL to support testing and medical validation for our Ather product line. This role is critical to ensuring our AI medical experts are clinically accurate, medically relevant, and 100% compliant. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Medical Affairs to test conversational AI outputs, review medical information accuracy, create gold-standard responses, and flag compliance risks.

What you'll do

• Medical Accuracy & Product Testing
• Test Ather product conversations for medical accuracy, clinical relevance, and tone for HCPs
• Review and validate AI-generated responses against approved medical references, PI, and scientific literature
• Create and maintain gold-standard Q&A sets, test scripts, and edge cases for medical information queries
• Identify and document medical inaccuracies, hallucinations, and compliance risks
