About the role

Coordinate patient care activities from admission to discharge. Facilitate communication among consultants, nursing teams, diagnostic services, and support departments. Ensure timely scheduling of investigations, procedures, and consultations. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to the treating team when required.
