What you'll do

  • Making rounds in the assigned wards’
  • Collect the complaints from the inpatient and try to solve them in coordinating with other departments
  • Pre-op and post-op counseling
  • Explaining the rights and responsibilities
  • Issuing and collecting the feedback forms to the discharge patients in the wards

  • Any graduate
