Mentor Student Affairs

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and proactive Mentor – Student Affairs to support the overall wellbeing, academic engagement, and campus experience of international students pursuing higher education in India. The Mentor will serve as a trusted and approachable point of contact for students on campus, helping them navigate university life, adjust to a new environment, address concerns, and stay on track academically and personally.

What you'll do

• Student Mentoring and Wellbeing: Act as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance, reassurance, and support
• Listen to concerns, resolve routine issues, and promptly escalate sensitive or urgent matters through appropriate channels
• Academic Engagement and Accountability: Monitor student attendance, academic participation, and engagement
• Identify early warning signs, follow up with students, and coordinate with university teams to help students remain on track
• Student Onboarding and Campus Integration: Assist new students with orientation, university processes, campus navigation, and adjustment to life in India
