Merchant Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Merchant Field Sales Manager leads the field sales team responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining large and strategic merchants within the Pluxee network. The role manages Hunters, Farmers, and Funters across both Large and Strategic Account segments, ensuring comprehensive commercial coverage, performance discipline, and strong ecosystem contribution.

What you'll do

• Commercial Strategy and Execution
• Translate national merchant strategy into field sales execution plans tailored to large and strategic accounts
• Define sales targets, coverage models, and territory plans across Hunter, Farmer, and Funter profiles
• Ensure balanced commercial focus between new acquisition, retention, and development of key accounts
• Monitor pipeline health, performance indicators, and field execution quality using Salesforce CRM
