What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with existing merchants to ensure long-term engagement
• Educate merchants about new features, offers, and services
• Resolve merchant queries and provide timely support
• Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to address merchant concerns

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Negotiation
• Any graduate
