Merchant Relationship Manager

About the role

The Merchant Field Sales Executive – Farmer – Large Accounts is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing large merchant partners through direct, in-person relationship management. The role plays a critical part in strengthening the merchant network by driving engagement, increasing benefit usage, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large merchants
• Conduct regular in-person visits to strengthen trust, loyalty, and collaboration
• Monitor merchant performance (usage, frequency, ticket size) and propose actions to optimize engagement
• Provide ongoing education on new features, digital tools, and consumer-facing opportunities
• Address operational concerns in coordination with internal teams and ensure smooth resolution
