About the role

Undertake M&A planning, identification, initiation and agreement, management and monitoring and governance and in once the M&A reaches a steady state

What you'll do

• Conduct extensive market research to identify potential acquisition which align with the strategic requirements for Mobily
• Identify strategic M&A that are innovation focused and/or those that are above a decided ticket size
• Define new M&A requirements and establish M&A agreement models in collaboration with respective Units
• Support Procurement and Legal functions in negotiating and finalizing M&A agreement with the strategic acquisition
• Support M&A activities and create an enabling ecosystem for the acquisition to collaborate and drive value across the organization

What you need
