MES Application Support

About the role

We are looking for an MES / POMSnet Application Support Engineer with 3–8 years of experience supporting MES applications in the pharmaceutical domain.

What you'll do

• Provide L2 application support for POMSnet applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and user-reported issues
• Perform initial analysis, root-cause investigation, and coordinate with technical/vendor teams for resolution
• Support application configuration, deployments, upgrades, and production support activities
• Work with manufacturing/site users to understand and resolve MES-related issues

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Troubleshooting
• Root cause analysis
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
