Messaging Services Advisor

About the role

This role requires a deep understanding of M365 services, including Exchange Online, Exchange On-Premises & Hybrid servers, Microsoft Purview, Defender for O365 and MS-Teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage and optimize the use of M365 solutions to meet business needs

What you'll do

• Responsible for the overall administration, support, and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 environment
• Develop automated methods needed to implement recommended solutions
• Providing guidance and mentoring junior team members

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
