Messaging Services Specialist

Performs a variety of maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification, and updating and patching servers, also include software installations, upgrades and tests.

What you'll do

• Creating, managing, and troubleshooting user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes
• Administering distribution groups, Microsoft 365 Groups, and mail-enabled security groups
• Resolving Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs), email delivery issues, and client-side Outlook and MS-Teams connectivity problems
• Troubleshooting meeting, chat, and call functionality issues. Adding/removing users from Teams and managing team membership
• Creating and configuring channels, tabs, and apps within Teams

What you need

• 3–4 yrs of experience
• Office 365
• Escalation handling
• Communication
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
