Meta Ads Expert

About the role

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Team Lead with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) , with the ability to strategize, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

What you'll do

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for lead generation, conversions, brand awareness, and remarketing
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Meta Ads executives, ensuring campaign quality and timely execution
• Conduct audience research, customer segmentation, and creative testing to maximize campaign performance
• Develop and optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, placements, and budgets to achieve target KPIs
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement
