About the role

The role involves monitoring, resolving, and managing IDOC issues related to Master Data, Order to Cash (OTC) flow, and Sales & Distribution processes to ensure smooth system operations and minimal business disruption.

What you'll do

• This individual will work closely with field business users and IT support teams to understand needs of the organization and in turn develop/deliver innovative tools
• Work closely with field business users and HQ/IT support teams supporting the SAP Hana solution and designing, testing new robust SAP functionality
• Gather, analyze and streamline business processes to deliver efficiency to the FLNA Supply Chain
• Develop and execute analytical tools, using Excel and Access, which business teams will then use to achieve performance objectives
• Support user acceptance testing for new FLNA project and system enhancements
