About the role

Manages all aspects of operation and maintenance of multiple/large physical facilities

What you'll do

• Maintenance and Upkeep of facilities Infrastructure of the Plant like DG, Compressors, UPS, Chillers, STP, ETP to name a few
• Budgeting the facilities spend for the year
• Continuous development of the facilities team to enhance their capabilities
• Follow the TPM methodology for all facilities equipment’s and ensure Zero downtime
• Execution of projects [Energy & water] to reduce the carbon footprint of the Plant Setup Y-o-Y

What you need

• 15–18 yrs of experience
• HVAC
• Safety management
• Construction
• Facility management
• TPM
• Statutory compliance
• Any graduate
