About the role

To drive spare parts and Bajaj Genuine Oil sales across the assigned markets by strengthening channel coverage, improving spare parts availability, and ensuring efficient systems and processes across the distribution network. The role focuses on enhancing channel profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while supporting overall business growth.

What you'll do

• Market Coverage & Channel Profitability
• Develop and implement market-driven strategies to ensure complete geographic and product coverage
• Ensure availability of spare parts across retailers and mechanic networks
• Drive marketing initiatives to increase awareness, loyalty, and channel engagement
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across the distribution network
