What you'll do

• Provide expert support and consulting for D365 F&O Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Tax
• Provide priority support for high severity cases identifying options to get past the initial issue and deliver the necessary long-term solution
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients as needed for deliver root cause analysis for these cases
• Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
• Evaluate reported issues to identify where they stem from and work with the necessary team to resolve

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Microsoft Dynamics

• Month-end close
• Financial reporting
• B.Com or MBA or M.Com or CMA
