About the role

Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) based on business requirements. Analyze and gather business requirements and translate them into system functionality. Customize D365 to meet the specific needs of the organization, including workflow, forms, views, dashboards, and reports.

What you'll do

• Analyze and gather business requirements and translate them into system functionality
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to user queries
• Perform system integrations with other enterprise applications
• Develop and manage data migration processes for moving data into D365 from legacy systems
• Assist in user training and create user manuals to ensure effective use of D365 solutions
