About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics ERP Trainer to deliver instructor-led and corporate training programs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, with specialization in either Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Finance modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, and excellent training and presentation skills.

What you'll do

Deliver instructor-led classroom and virtual training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
Conduct hands-on demonstrations, labs, and real-time use cases
Develop and update training content, presentations, lab guides, and assessments
Mentor learners on ERP implementation concepts and best practices
Support curriculum enhancement based on Microsoft product updates
