What you'll do

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-based frameworks
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of intelligent agents built using Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#)
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks for scalable AI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery across AI initiatives
