About the role

We are seeking a motivated Solution Sales Specialist to join our SME Digital Sales team in Dublin. Thisindividual will work closely with National Account Managers to develop and close new business opportunitiesacross the Total Communications portfolio. The role combines sales expertise, customer engagement, andsolution knowledge to create tailored ICT and cloud-based propositions for SME customers.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage a structured plan to achieve and surpass sales targets for Cloud & Hosting and ICTsolutions
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring proactive creation, qualification, and progression ofopportunities
• Conduct comprehensive Business Ready Conversations to understand SME customers’ goals and digitaltransformation needs
• Map customer buying centres, identifying key influencers and decision-makers to ensure effective stakeholderengagement
• Design and articulate tailored ICT solutions aligned with customer requirements and market trends
