Middleware Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Middleware Support Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in middleware application support and administration. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical middleware environments supporting enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, administer, and support Apache HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, and JBoss environments
• Create and manage multiple Apache HTTP Server instances and clustering configurations
• Perform proactive monitoring of middleware infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
• Analyze Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss logs to identify and resolve application and infrastructure issues
• Troubleshoot application outages, performance bottlenecks, and middleware-related incidents
