About the role

To manage CIC-related activities, including identification of CIC rejection cases, document verification, data correction, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, customer contact, and resolution tracking to improve portfolio coverage and business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Scrutinize CIC rejection cases and identify root causes of rejection
• Coordinate with branches, vendors, and operations teams for document retrieval
• Track document availability and prepare cases for re-submission
• Maintain end-to-end case tracker and ensure timely closure of assigned cases
• Monitor productivity, resolution rates, and aging buckets
