About the role

The role is responsible for delivering strategic insights, driving data-led decision making, ensuring reporting accuracy, supporting audit and compliance requirements, and enabling leadership with meaningful talent acquisition metrics and trends.

What you'll do

  • Recruitment Analytics & Business Insights
  • Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition analytics and reporting framework
  • Develop executive dashboards covering hiring demand, pipeline health, recruiter productivity, source effectiveness, offer management, and hiring SLA performance
  • Analyze recruitment trends and identify key drivers impacting hiring outcomes
  • Present insights, risks, bottlenecks, and recommendations to leadership teams
