ML Engineer

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: 1.5-4 years of experience in ML, NLP, LLMs, or data-intensive engineering. B.Tech from T1 Engineering college - IITs, NITs, BITS Ownership mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. Opportunity to work on real-world healthcare AI with meaningful impact.

What you'll do

• Build cutting-edge LLM systems for oncology workflows
• Design and build NLP and LLM solutions for healthcare applications
• Develop clinical information extraction and document-understanding systems
• Create prompt frameworks, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning experiments
• Build evaluation, benchmarking, and error-analysis tooling
