About the role
Mobilise youth for vocational training/skill development programmes Mobilisation Executive/Officer act as a medium between Society and Organisation to connect the youth with relevant skill development courses
What you'll do
- Develop rapport with relevant stakeholders – educational institutions; government institutions like panchayats, blocks; partner agencies; community etc
- Conduct awareness sessions at schools, ITIs, colleges, communities etc. regarding the skill development courses
- Conduct door-to-door surveys in target localities as per pre-designed survey forms
- Conduct skill gap survey in close coordination with industries, govt. agencies and community
- Report target vs achievement on a regular basis
