Modeller - BIM, Mechanical - Data Center

About the role

The HVAC & Mechanical – Proficient in CAD and also knowing Revit, will support the Data Center HVAC Engineering Team in the design and delivery of mission-critical data center projects. The role focuses on CAD drafting, Revit modelling, schematic development, and MEP coordination, working under the guidance of HVAC Design Engineers and Technical Leads.

What you'll do

• Develop HVAC schematics and single-line / line diagrams for data center HVAC systems using AutoCAD
• Prepare high-level Bills of Material (BOM) and support quantity take-offs for design development and cost planning
• Produce HVAC layouts, including ducting, piping, and equipment layouts in AutoCAD and Revit
• Create and maintain Revit HVAC models up to LOD 300–400 for data center facilities
• CRAH / AHU and data hall cooling layouts

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
