Modeller- BIM, Piping - Data Center

About the role

The Piping Modeller – BIM, Data Center will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models for complex piping systems on mission-critical Data Center projects. The role requires extensive expertise in Revit MEP, piping layouts, multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection, construction documentation, and digital project delivery from Concept Design through IFC and Construction Support.

What you'll do

• BIM Modelling & Digital Delivery - Develop and manage BIM models for piping systems using Autodesk Revit, prepare LOD 200–400 models, develop Revit families
• Piping System Modelling - Model and coordinate Chilled Water Systems, Condenser Water Systems, Cooling Water Systems, District Cooling Networks, HVAC piping
• Engineering Coordination - Coordinate piping systems with Architecture, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing, ELV, ICT
• Construction Documentation - Prepare and review General Arrangement Drawings, Piping Layouts, Isometric Drawings, Sections, Details, Pipe Support Drawings
• Construction Support - Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, update BIM models during construction, coordinate with site teams, resolve installation issues

What you need
