Mortgage Disclosure Specialist

As part of the Zillow Home Loans team, you will play an active role in delivering best-in-class service and helping customers achieve an optimal closing experience. Zillow Group is a strategic, mission-driven organization focused on delivering exceptional experiences and measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Review and ensure accuracy and data integrity for the issuance of the Closing Disclosure and Loan Estimate
• Reconcile post-funding revisions to ensure customers receive an exact record of their mortgage transaction
• Maintain accurate records of communications and actions related to the disclosure process within the loan file conversation log
• Maintain service levels and adhere to regulatory timelines for completion and delivery of disclosures, verified through LOS tracking systems
