What you'll do

• Review closing documentation and validate data within our Loan Origination System (Encompass)
• Review and approve signed closing documents, notifying the settlement agent to release funds
• Communicate (Phone/Email) with the Settlement Agent if additional conditions are required
• Collaborate with other Post-Closing team members to ensure the timely completion of all daily duties
• Maintain company service level and turn-time standards, including return-call times, return-email times, and task completion times

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Excel
