What you'll do

Data Maintenance of patient records
Data maintenance of medical records of all patient detailsof the hospital
Maintaining and making entries of all files received after clearance
Thorough checking of files and putting remarks in case of any missing documents/reports
Entering the incomplete file records in the Incomplete Register and sending it back to the respective floor for completion
