About the role

We are looking for an experienced and organised MRD In-Charge to manage the Medical Records Department and ensure the proper collection, maintenance, storage, retrieval, and confidentiality of patient medical records.

What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Medical Records Department (MRD)
• Ensure proper collection and maintenance of IPD and OPD patient records
• Maintain accurate and complete patient medical files as per hospital procedures
• Ensure timely filing, indexing, scanning, and retrieval of medical records
• Check medical records for completeness and accuracy
