About the role

We are looking for an experienced MRD In-Charge to manage the Medical Records Department and ensure proper collection, maintenance, confidentiality, retrieval, and documentation of patient medical records as per hospital SOPs and applicable quality standards.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Medical Records Department (MRD)
• Ensure accurate and timely collection of patient records from various departments
• Maintain IPD, OPD, discharge summaries, investigation reports, consent forms, and other medical documents
• Ensure medical records are properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable
• Monitor completeness and accuracy of patient files

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
