MRI Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MRI Accountant with at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience , preferably in the real estate or property management industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with MRI Software and will be responsible for the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting for a portfolio of properties or corporate entities.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties using MRI Software
• MRI Experience is MANDATORY
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under GAAP
• Perform monthly close activities , including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries and perform variance analysis

• B.Com or Chartered Accountant
