MS Dynamics 365 Technical Lead

About the role

The Microsoft MS Dynamics 365 Technical consultant will be based in GLOBALFOUNDRIES office in Bangalore and work closely with Implementation partners, Vendor resources, Functional consultants and Business users

What you'll do

• Develop, deploy, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, with a focus on the CRM suite, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
• Install and deploy CRM Organizations with both managed and unmanaged solutions
• Customize and create CRM entities to meet business requirements
• Understand and implement business workflows and processes within the CRM framework
• Utilize the CRM SDK and plugin platforms effectively

What you need
