What you'll do

Administering cloud and on-premises voice infrastructure operations across managed service environments
Troubleshooting telephony, voice, and collaboration platform issues to restore service performance
Monitoring system health, availability, and performance using observability and digital tooling platforms
Supporting incident response, problem resolution, and service requests within assigned workstreams
Implementing configuration changes, patches, and routine maintenance for voice administration platforms
