About the role
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Marketing Developer with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) to design, develop, configure and support marketing automation solutions.
What you'll do
- Design and develop end-to-end customer journeys using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys
- Configure real-time and outbound marketing campaigns
- Build automated customer engagement workflows based on business requirements
- Develop lead nurturing, lead scoring and customer engagement strategies
- Configure subscription centres, preference centres and consent management
