What you'll do

• Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams, where applicable to the scope of the role
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to team members
• Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of projects
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
