About the role

We are looking for an individual to join the Client Experience (Product Support) team supporting Investment Accounting Manager (formerly InvestOne). The team provides production support to global IAM clients across a suite of products, with InvestOne at the core.

What you'll do

  • Ensure client queries are resolved with high-quality, timely responses
  • Act as the first escalation point for clients and liaise with Level 3 support teams to ensure issues are prioritized and resolved
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Product Development, Technology Services Management, Professional Services, and other relevant groups
  • Understand client configurations and workflow processes, recreate client scenarios, and report issues to the appropriate teams
  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product-quality programs and product development
