Mutual Fund Operations and Insurance Executive - Bengaluru

About the role

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional to manage mutual fund operations, support insurance and fixed-income execution, and ensure that every client request is completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role that works closely with the client-facing team, clients, AMCs, insurers, and other service partners.

What you'll do

• Process and track mutual fund transactions through the NSE NMF platform and, where required, through physical applications
• Coordinate with AMCs and other service partners to ensure smooth and timely transaction processing
• Execute investment plans and client requests, including purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs, and related operational requirements
• Track SIP closures and pending requests, follow up for completion, and keep concerned team members informed
• Handle non-routine transactions such as transmission, minor-to-major changes, tax-status changes, change of broker, and gifting or transfer of units
