Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit. Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with state and central regulations. Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection. Understanding/knowledge of using appropriate legal tools in all stages of collection, as needed

What you'll do

• Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit
• Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with state and central regulations
• Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection
• Coordinating with local brokers, police stations, and court personnel
• Collaborate with non-performing defaulting borrowers to develop optimal recovery strategies
