What you'll do

• Develop and implement Board-approved collections and recovery policies aligned with RBI regulations and internal governance frameworks
• Define collections strategy across buckets including soft collections, hard collections, recovery, legal, and write-off management
• Establish strong governance around collection practices, agency management, escalation mechanisms, and customer communication
• Drive portfolio segmentation and bucket-wise recovery strategies for secured lending products
• Monitor delinquency trends, PAR movement, roll rates, and collection efficiency metrics across all business verticals
