National Manager Credit Cards Pre-Acquisition Policy

About the role

We are looking for an experienced National Manager – Credit Cards (Pre-Acquisition Policy) to lead the credit policy framework, risk assessment architecture, and underwriting strategies for the credit card portfolio at a national level. The role is responsible for driving sustainable business growth while designing and implementing robust credit risk management strategies to maintain portfolio quality within defined risk appetite.

• Process and Technology Innovation: Identify and lead initiatives focused on process improvement, automation
• Design of Experiments (DOE): Define, monitor, and manage experimentation frameworks, translating test results and insights into actionable credit policy improvements

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• Credit risk
• Underwriting
• CFA
• Excel
• Credit appraisal
• Risk management
• MBA or BBA or Chartered Accountant or CFA
