What you'll do

• Oversee HL & LAP disbursement process from login to payout Ensure documents are vetted as per credit policy, legal, and technical requirements
• Coordinate with Sales, credit, legal, valuation, and FI teams to remove bottlenecks Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement targets with defined TATs
• Monitor and improve disbursement TAT at branch and centralized level
• Track daily/weekly pipeline and provide MIS to leadership
• Lead and mentor disbursement team across zones/branches Train teams on policy updates, system usage, and process changes Conduct regular reviews, audits
