What you'll do

• Responsible for managing growth and profitability of the salaried loans business
• Drive internal customer cross-sell as the most important source of acquisition
• Drive low cost acquisitions models to ensure higher profitability of salaried loans segment
• Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed
• Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher revenue per employee
