National Operations Manager -Insurance

About the role

The National Manager Operations in the Insurance Vertical of Muthoot FinCorp oversees and manage day-to-day operational activities related to Insurance Products . This position requires a deep understanding of financial products, compliance, and client service. The Manager is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and seamless client experiences within the Insurance department.

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Insurance department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Ensure high-quality client service by addressing client queries and issues promptly, managing client onboarding and offboarding processes
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Reporting, Compliance and Risk
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure that all Insurance operations comply with relevant laws and regulations in the Indian financial industry

What you need
