About the role

Expand distribution reach and strengthen channel effectiveness across India. Coach, mentor, and develop future sales leaders within the organization. Play a critical role in the ongoing professionalization and scaling of the organization. Proven track record of managing large-scale retail sales operations and geographically dispersed teams.

What you'll do

• Lead a ₹250 Cr+ retail business with national scale
• Lead the national retail sales business for a portfolio of adhesive products across multiple segments including retail, industrial, and automotive applications
• Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, profitability, and execution excellence in line with business objectives
• Own and scale a retail business worth approximately ₹250 Cr within a broader business portfolio of nearly ₹400 Cr
• Develop and execute long-term sales strategies to accelerate growth across existing and emerging markets
