About the role

A successful Head of Consumer Business should have: 10-17 years of experience in National level roles in FMCG. Proven expertise in sales management within the FMCG industry, specifically in beverages and alcohol. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency in using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the beverages and alcohol segment
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the consumer base
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on branding and sales initiatives
